How Renting From Us Works

A valid driver’s licence. [CONFIRM minimum age] — bring it to pickup so we can copy it onto the rental agreement. No licence, no trailer.

Proof of auto insurance. [CONFIRM what they require] — your existing auto policy usually covers a trailer you tow, but coverage varies, so confirm it with your provider before you arrive. We ask to see proof of insurance at pickup.

A tow vehicle rated for the load, with a 2 5/16" ball on the hitch. Both trailers use that size. Check your truck’s tow rating in the owner’s manual or on the door jamb sticker and add your load weight to the trailer weight. The car hauler carries up to 7,000 lb; the dump trailer has a 14,000 lb GVWR. Text us your truck’s year and model and we will tell you straight whether it will pull it.

A refundable deposit of [CONFIRM amount and method]. It is held while you have the trailer and returned after it comes back in the same condition. We go over the trailer together at pickup and at return so there are no surprises.

The deposit is [CONFIRM amount], taken [CONFIRM method — card hold or cash] at pickup. It holds the trailer through your rental period and is returned [CONFIRM timeline — same day? within 48 hours?] after we inspect the trailer back at the yard.

The deposit is not a fee. You get it back in full as long as the trailer comes back clean, undamaged, and on time. If something is damaged, we walk through it with you and the repair cost comes out of the deposit — anything left over comes back to you.

Pick up at 3108 Oak Crest Dr, Royse City, TX 75189. Pickup hours are Daily, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Come with your licence, your insurance proof, and the vehicle you will tow with.

On arrival we walk the trailer with you, confirm the brakes, lights, and tires, and go over the paperwork. [CONFIRM — do you help hook it up?] We will help you couple the trailer, connect the plug, and check the lights before you leave the lot.

Plan on about 20 to 30 minutes from pulling in to driving out. If your tow vehicle has a 4-way flat plug only, the lights will work but the electric brakes will not — tell us ahead of time and we will sort it out.

Bring your own tie-down straps or chains rated for the weight of your load. The car hauler has multiple deck tie-down points; plan for four points of contact on a vehicle — two front, two rear. For loose material in the dump trailer, heap it and strap a tarp over it.

Do not overload past the rated capacity. The car hauler is 7,000 lb and the dump trailer is 10,000 lb payload at a 14,000 lb GVWR. Overloading bends the frame and is unsafe to tow. If you are hauling material by the yard, ask the supplier for the weight per yard and do the math before you load.

If you get a flat tire or anything stops working, call us right away at (469) 707-8993 — [CONFIRM — roadside help policy]. Do not keep towing on a flat; pull over and call us and we will get you sorted.

Return the trailer on or before the end of your rental period during open hours — Daily, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Sweep out the dump trailer and remove any debris. We inspect the trailer together, confirm no damage, and release the deposit.

Late returns are charged a fee of [CONFIRM] per day past the agreed return time. If you need it longer, call or text us before the rental period ends and we will extend it if the trailer is not booked out from under you.
